At MPKards, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide authentic trading cards and collectibles in the condition described on each product page. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened booster packs
  • Opened sealed products
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as Final Sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Trading Card Condition

Card condition assessments are made in good faith. Minor differences in condition perception may occur between collectors. Product images and descriptions should be reviewed carefully before purchase.
